The St. Catherine's campus was originally chosen atop the second-highest hill in St. Paul, in the area now known as Highland Park. Hugh Derham contributed $20,000 for the first building, which opened in January 1905 and retains the name of its benefactor, Derham Hall.

Early Childhood Center
