ServiceNow — The Self-Service Guide and Help Ticket System
ServiceNow is a ticketing and service tool that provides the St. Kate's community with a convenient way to report an issue, request help or a service, and find information about tools and processes by searching the Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base repository contains information on various topics, such as how-to articles on technology tools, information about St. Kate's, and more.
You can locate ServiceNow on both the Faculty & Staff and Student pages on the St. Kate's website by clicking on the box that reads "ServiceNow." You will see areas to report an issue (with technology tools), request services, search the Knowledge Base, or get help if you're unsure where to go.
